- Interior and exterior paint color recommendations
- ?Items that need to be removed
- ?Yard / Garage clean-up/ grooming suggestions

I offer two types of reports.? The verbal report includes my hand-written notes and explanation about what to do and is less expensive; the comprehensive report is a written report that is emailed or mailed? to you in a much more formal format and includes photos of what is not conducive to selling the home. For an additional minimum investment, I will return to ensure that you have staged the home properly for a quick sale.
