Green Day are set to make their return to Southern California this April with a show on April 18th at the LA Memorial Sports Arena. Opening the show will be Best Coast.
Tickets go on sale to the public Friday, February 22nd at 10am via Ticketmaster.com.

Original touring plans were postponed last year after singer Billie Joe Armstrong took time off to go to rehab.
?I just wanted to thank you all for the love support you?ve showed for the past few months,? Armstrong wrote on his personal Instagram account. ?Believe me, it hasn?t gone unnoticed and I?m eternally grateful to have such an amazing set of friends and family. I?m getting better every day.
?So now, without further ado, the show must go on,? Armstrong added. ?We can?t wait to get on the road and live out loud! Our passion has only grown stronger.?
Until today only a few tour dates had been previously announced, consisting mainly of East Coast and Canadian shows.
